Refund Policy
Since eBooks are digital products and are delivered instantly, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’re here to help in the following cases:
Technical Issues:
If you experience technical difficulties downloading or accessing your purchased eBook, contact us at bouakchach111@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund if necessary.
Incorrect Product Received:
If you accidentally receive an eBook other than the one you purchased, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll ensure you receive the correct product or issue a refund if applicable.
Defective Content:
If the eBook file is corrupted or unreadable, contact us at bouakchach111@gmail.com within 7 days. We’ll provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued for cases where the product was delivered as described and is fully functional.
Downloaded Products: Once an eBook has been downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund unless there is a valid issue as described above.
